Turmeric, the ally of autumn!

Autumn is here, we exchange the strong heat of summer for fresh air!
When the cold arrives a little too suddenly and disrupts our body, certain pains resurface: stomach ache, dizzy head, runny nose and cracking joints. The easy solution is the Doliprane that we use in all sauces but it is not necessarily the best for our body.

At YUJ we have the "healthy solution" to all these little problems, turmeric! Ayurvedic medicine (Indian medicine), uses turmeric root for its many very powerful antioxidant properties.

The spice indeed helps to treat digestive disorders but also to prevent cancer, Alzheimer's disease and to relieve inflammatory diseases. You have understood it, turmeric is a bit of the solution to everything!


The advantage of this spice is that you can take it in different forms; cooked, or in capsule (food supplement).


We offer you our turmeric autumn tea recipe to make at home!

You will need the following ingredients:
- Water
- Turmeric
– Ginger powder
- Honey
- Lemon

Boil about 4 cups of water, then add 1 teaspoon of turmeric and 1 teaspoon of ginger. Let simmer for about 8 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, add a little honey and lemon (preferably a slice of organic lemon).

Finally, pour everything into a cup to enjoy!
