Hello yogis,

The beautiful days arrive and bring with them a beautiful sun but also strong heat . Today we give you all our advice, special yogi, to make this period as pleasant as possible!.

Favor inversions

In order to boost blood circulation and avoid the feeling of heavy legs , in this period of high heat , it is interesting to perform inversions during your Yoga practice: candle, posture on the head or Pincha, all these postures allow blood flow to flow to the brain and therefore improve venous return.

Inhale Exhale…

Breathing is the foundation of your yoga practice . Do you know sheetali breathing? This is the perfect refreshing pranayama for the summer! Take a seat on your mat (or wherever you are) in a seated position, raise the sides of your tongue as if to form a tube and put your mouth as if to make the “U” sound. Inhale through your mouth and slowly exhale through your mouth. Repeat 10 to 15 cycles for optimal effectiveness.

Get your legs out!
