Discover the fall recipes of Alice, our wonder yogista in charge of partnerships and the YUJ image. Our bubbly blonde, half-French, half-Swedish, is an unconditional fan of chai tea lattes, glitter socks, yoga and cooking!

According to Alice, all dishes should be beautiful and fun to prepare. We have therefore selected three of our favorite recipes to delight you.

(Quantities for two people)


- Quinoa

- Oven-roasted pumpkin

- Mozzarella

- Pomegranate (2/3 handfuls)

- Coriander

- Pumpkin seeds

- Flower of salt & pepper (at your convenience)

Cook your quinoa very simply, in boiling water, for 10 to 15 minutes. Cut the pumpkin and roast it in the oven with olive oil and agave syrup for about thirty minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients and serve!


- 2 glasses of coral lentils

- Half a briquette of coconut milk

- A good handful of chopped fresh cilantro

- A good handful of raw cashews (not salted or roasted)

- Curry, cumin, ginger

- Flower of salt & pepper (at your convenience)

Cook your red lentils in boiling water. Once cooked add the rest of the ingredients and mix.

- 2 handfuls of cooked chestnuts

-1 apple (not too sour)

- 2 large handfuls of baby spinach

- Feta (at your convenience)

- A handful of roughly chopped walnuts

- A drizzle of walnut oil

- A drizzle of honey

- A dozen sprigs of fresh chives

- Fleur de sel & pepper

Lovingly cut and mix the ingredients and enjoy your new favorite fall salad! 💛
