1/8 tsp fennel seeds
1/3 tsp. teaspoon cinnamon (powder or a small piece of bark, coarsely crushed)
1/3 tsp. teaspoon dried chamomile flowers
1 cup of water

Preparation :

Bring the water to a boil and add the spices. Turn off the heat, cover and let steep for a few minutes. You can now enjoy and relax!
