Returns & exchanges
Do you want to return certain items from your order?
You can return your items to us within 30 days provided that the items are in their original packaging with the barcode label. After receipt of the goods, you will be offered an exchange, credit or refund.
Items purchased on Sales/Promotion/Outlet/Second Hand/Clearance Sale are neither exchangeable nor refundable after the legal withdrawal period of 14 days.
You can also return your items to one of our YUJ YOGA STUDIO stores in the 7th , 8th or 17th arrondissement of Paris.
How it works ?
1. Enter your information below and follow the steps:
2. Repack the items to be returned in their original packaging and slide the return form generated from step 1, then close.
Items must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging (transparent pouch), accompanied by the bar code label present on the clothing or accessory.
3. Return your order to the following address by the means of transport of your choice, the return costs being your responsibility.

Good to know
- No returns will be accepted if the item has been worn and/or washed.
- Any return unfit for resale (without label, damaged, damaged, used or soiled by the Customer) will be rejected and YUJ will be released from all liability.
- If an item is returned without the barcode label, it will then be refunded at 50% of the sale price in the form of a voucher.
- If an item is returned without the original packaging, 5 euros will be deducted from the refund.
- If the return is accepted, the refund or credit will be made within a maximum of 10 days. The refund will be made via the payment method chosen for the order. Delivery charges are not refundable.
- Items on Sales/Promotions/Outlet/Second Hand/Clearance Sale cannot be returned or exchanged after the legal withdrawal period of 14 days.
- Gift Cards and E-books are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- The costs associated with returning items will be reimbursed by YUJ in the only cases where the item delivered is different from that which was ordered, or if the item is damaged (photos will be necessary to support your request).
